More than 65 years of establishment, the rapid development of Vietnam’s civil aviation industry has been admitted with 9 international airports and 12 domestic airports, serving and welcoming more than 10-15 million passengers annually, showing that Vietnam Aviation has recorded itself in the world’s Aviation map.
Vietnam’s aviation industry has received the attention and research of many domestic and foreign experts, planners, and policymakers and also has created an attraction towards international investors during the past few years. But the inadequacy of powerful opinions, ideas, and projects for the industry to have closer communication information to the public, especially to attract the international community is undeniable.
Despite having an area of only 728.6 km2 with a low population, Singapore has become the ASEAN’s aviation center, attracted thousands of international visitors from all over the world only with the annual Airshow event.
Compared to Vietnam, which has more than 65 years of aviation industry history development with an area of approximately 330,000m2 and thousands of tourist attractions, natural landscapes across the country, Singapore has achieved a lot than what we must have done ages ago.
Over the past 10 years, Mrs. Luong Thi Xuan – Director of Vietnam Aviation Exhibition JSC has always been concerned about the persistent journey contributing to the Vietnam Aviation industry. By interacting with international aviation exhibition events in Germany, Singapore, USA, … the journey has taken step by step to obtain remarkable milestones.
She not only wants to bring the image of Vietnam Aviation to the world, bring the world’s advanced aviation knowledge, technology, and techniques to Vietnam, but she also aims to build a foundation for the young generation to approach, learn the practical values of the industry, orienting them to have a better future.
The mission of the Vietnam International Aviation Expo is to become a prestigious and powerful communication tool to promote and introduce the great values that the aviation industry is being and having. Thereby, the convergence of experts, analysts, operators, policymakers through seminars and sharing is the connecting force for ideas, projects, and aviation policies to become more effective. become reality, contributing to the development of the industry in particular and the country in general.
After 2-years of delay due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Vietnam International Aviation Exhibition 2022 will continue its mission on September 15-17, 2022, at the National Convention Center – Gate No.1 Thang Long Boulevard, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi. VIAE 2022 is ready to welcome the return of domestic and foreign aviation delegations and enterprises.
