A series of Gulfstream aircrafts appeared at the same time in Vietnam

Gulfstream introduced three aircraft G600, G650ER and G700 during the Airshow 2022, at Van Don International Airport, November 5th and 6th.

Attending the event, Vietnamese and international businessmen and customers had the opportunity to witness the simultaneous appearance of three high-class jetliners of Gulfstream – the business jet brand selected by billionaires worldwide.

The exhibition brings visitors to the world of high-end aviation technology, including the two jets that have created Gulfstream reputation, with countless prestigious awards in the aviation field, the G600 and G650ER.

G600 is one of a series of private jets that have been exhibited by Gulfstream at the Farnborough International Airshow – one of the largest air shows in the world.

The aircraft impresses with its luxurious leather and wooden interior. The cabin is 13.7m long and nearly 2m high with a capacity of 19 people. At the top of the cabin is a series of single seats equipped with a modern entertainment system and high-speed wifi. The kitchen counter area is ready to serve all the needs of the owner to enjoy the cuisine. Behind the guest cabin is a fully equipped bathroom.

With a pair of powerful Pratt & Whitney Canada PW815GA engines, with a maximum speed of 1,103 km/h, the G600 is considered by experts to be one of the fastest private jets in the world.

Meanwhile, the G650ER is Gulfstream’s largest aircraft model. According to Mr. Wayne Oedewalt, Vice President, Asia Pacific, Gulfstream, this is one of the most famous and best-selling business jets in the history of business aviation. More than 500 G650ERs are in use around the world and demand continues to grow.

The interior of the Gulfstream G650ER can accommodate up to 17 seated passengers or 6-8 sleeping passengers. Tables and chairs are customized to be ready to serve any meeting or wine party for businessmen.

The aircraft is equipped with a high-class kitchen counter, meeting the needs of the owner to enjoy the cuisine. Comfortable equipment such as relaxing sofas with screens via Ka-band wifi, fast global internet in the air are also strong points of this aircraft.

G650ER can reach a maximum speed of 1,103 km / h, can completely travel continuously more than 8,600 miles without refueling, thanks to the possession of two Rolls-Royce BR725 engines.

In particular, Gulfstream also brought G700 aircraft introduced at this exhibition. Focusing on personalization, this model scores as every seat is measured and handcrafted with exquisite seams. The plane can carry up to 19 passengers, owns 5 flexible living areas with a kitchen area with many utilities.

“The G700 with 100% fresh air is refreshed every 2-3 minutes and natural light comes from the 20 largest windows in the series of business jets. In addition, the aircraft has 20,000 LED lights and 65,000 brightness levels for owners to recreate sunlight according to their preferences,” said Mr. Wayne Oedewalt.

Mr. Dang Minh Truong – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sun Group – said: “The appearance of special planes favored by merchants and fastidious customers in Vietnam once again affirms our position. In the field of international aviation, we are gradually catching up with Thailand and Singapore… in developing infrastructure, attracting investment, and improving people’s quality of life.”

Bringing the quintessence of the private aviation industry together at the exhibition, Gulfstream and Sun Air are expected to make a mark in the development of the aviation industry in particular and Vietnam’s aviation in general. Now, no need to go far, Vietnamese people can still enjoy services and facilities right in their own homeland.

The exhibition program is within the framework of cooperation agreement between Gulfstream and Sun Air – the airline of Sun Group, in order to expand the market and promote, introduce Gulfstream’s legendary jet lines to Vietnamese customers.
